Liquidation merchandise is inventory that retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and e-commerce companies need to remove from their stores or warehouses. Products may be liquidated because of excess inventory, customer returns, discontinued product lines, seasonal changes, packaging updates, store closures, canceled orders, or the need to make room for new merchandise.

Instead of selling each product individually, companies often sell this inventory in bulk by the pallet, partial truckload, or full truckload. This allows resellers to purchase merchandise at prices below its original retail value and resell it through retail stores, bin stores, auctions, online marketplaces, flea markets, or other sales channels.

Liquidation inventory can include new merchandise, overstock, shelf pulls, closeouts, floor models, customer returns, or salvage items. Conditions vary by program and may include products with damaged packaging, cosmetic imperfections, missing parts, signs of use, or items requiring testing or repair.

Because liquidation merchandise is sold in bulk and as-is, the condition, completeness, functionality, and resale value of individual items cannot be guaranteed. Buyers should carefully review the description, available photos, manifest, and stated condition of each load before purchasing.

Core Wholesale offers a wide variety of liquidation and wholesale merchandise from major retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and e-commerce companies. Inventory changes frequently, but commonly available categories include apparel, footwear, furniture, appliances, electronics, home décor, housewares, toys, tools, sporting goods, seasonal merchandise, and general merchandise.

• Closeouts and Job-Outs

Closeouts—sometimes called job-outs—typically consist of merchandise that a retailer or manufacturer is discontinuing or clearing out. This may include discontinued products, excess inventory, packaging changes, end-of-season merchandise, or products that did not sell within the expected timeframe.

These products are often new and may be retail-ready, although packaging can sometimes show signs of handling, price stickers, or shelf wear.

• Overstock

Overstock merchandise is generally new inventory that a retailer or manufacturer ordered in quantities greater than needed. Products may be in their original packaging, factory-sealed cases, or retail-ready condition.

• Shelf Pulls and Store Stock

Shelf pulls and store-stock merchandise have been removed from retail shelves or stores to make room for new inventory. These products are generally new and unused but may have price stickers, clearance labels, opened packaging, or minor cosmetic wear caused by handling and display.

• Customer Returns

Customer-return merchandise includes products returned to a retailer for a variety of reasons. Some items may be new or like new, while others may show signs of use, have damaged or missing packaging, contain missing parts, or require cleaning, testing, or repair.

• Floor Models and Displays

These products may have been displayed, demonstrated, or handled in a retail store. They are generally not factory-sealed and may have cosmetic imperfections, missing packaging, or signs of handling.

• Salvage Merchandise

Salvage loads may contain merchandise with a wide range of conditions, including damaged, incomplete, heavily used, nonworking, or repairable products. These loads are generally best suited for experienced liquidation buyers, parts resellers, refurbishers, and salvage operations.

• Manifested and Unmanifested Inventory

Some loads are manifested, meaning an inventory list is available with information such as product descriptions, quantities, and estimated retail values. Other loads are unmanifested and are sold based on the program description and available sample or representative photos.

Because liquidation merchandise is sold in mixed-condition, as-is inventory programs, the exact condition and resale value of individual items cannot be guaranteed. Each available load will include its specific condition, product mix, quantity, and manifest information whenever available.

Anyone can purchase! We have buyers from all different backgrounds. Some individuals are Facebook Marketplace resellers, Ebay Resellers, or just people looking for a great deal on wholesale goods for personal use. You can purchase pallets from us with just Identification, and banking information/cash. If you plan to purchase in bulk or for resale, you’ll need a Resale Certificate.

We receive many many shipments a month of varying products in all different categories, from some of the largest retailers and brands in the business. We help retailers and manufacturers offload their merchandise, sort it, and get it ready to be sold by pallet or truckload to you.

No. All liquidation merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds, credits, allowances, warranties, or guarantees.

Liquidation loads may contain merchandise in varying conditions, including damaged packaging, cosmetic imperfections, missing parts, signs of use, or items that require cleaning, testing, or repair. Photos, manifests, product descriptions, quantities, retail values, and condition estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available information and asking questions before purchasing. Payment confirms the buyer’s acceptance of the merchandise and our Terms and Conditions.

Most of our inventory ships directly from retailer reclamation centers, distribution centers, or supplier facilities located throughout the United States. Because these loads do not pass through our warehouse, in-person merchandise inspections are generally not available.

When available, we provide manifests, product descriptions, and actual or representative photos to help customers evaluate a load before purchasing. The amount of information available varies by inventory program.

Customers are welcome to visit our Core Wholesale warehouse by appointment to meet our team and verify our business operations. However, a warehouse visit does not guarantee that the merchandise being considered will be stored at or available to view at our location.

We accept payment by wire transfer. Cash payments are accepted only when paid in person at our Core Wholesale warehouse.

We do not accept personal or business checks, credit cards, debit cards, or other forms of payment. Orders must be paid in full, and all funds must clear before merchandise can be released or scheduled for shipment.

Official wire transfer instructions will be provided directly by Core Wholesale with your invoice. For your protection, please verify any payment instructions with our office before sending funds.

We typically sell merchandise by the full truckload or half truckload, depending on the inventory program.

Occasionally, individual pallets or smaller quantities become available. When single-pallet opportunities are offered, we will include the quantity, pricing, condition, shipping details, and any minimum-purchase requirements in the listing.

Core Wholesale does not remove desirable merchandise from pallets or truckloads before selling them. Many of our loads ship directly from the retailer, distribution center, or supplier and are never handled at our warehouse.

Processing methods may vary by inventory program. Some loads are raw and unprocessed, while others may be sorted, manifested, categorized, or prepared by the retailer or supplier before being offered for sale. When we are provided with this information, it will be included in the load description.

Unless a program is specifically described as untouched or unprocessed, we cannot guarantee that the merchandise has never been inspected, sorted, or handled before it becomes available to us.
